After facing a lot of adversity from the healthcare system, a young woman is finally going to have surgery to remove a large cyst on one of her ovaries. During the hospital stay, the cyst starts appearing as an alien-like fetus while she is under anesthesia, in her dreams, and when she is awake.

Based on the director's own experiences of living with endometriosis, a so-called "mysterious women's disease."
